Booking & Cancellation fees
- A booking is only valid once we provide written confirmation.
- All customer information (name, contact details, payment information) must be accurate and complete.
- By making a booking, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
The booked services are as described on the website. Changes may occur, provided they do not significantly affect the scope of services.
Cancellation by the Customer
- Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the booked arrival date.
- Cancellations after this period, as well as no-shows or early departures, will incur 100% of the total price as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation by Us
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings in unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure, technical issues). Any payments already made will be fully refunded.
- Alternatively, a substitute date may be offered.
Changes
- Modifications to the booking are possible upon agreement, subject to availability.
- Any price differences may apply.
- By booking, the customer accepts these Terms & Conditions.
- All applicable data protection and consumer protection laws apply.
